from the Daily Journal of Commerce feed...A few months ago, Tim Cannan, Portland resident and president of PreservationDirectory.com, put the word out that he was looking for book titles to add to his Web site. He quickly received 40 book titles from authors and publishers and knew his idea was a good one. Cannan recently launched the Preservation Bookstore on PreservationDirectory.com. The site has 275 books, which he said will be useful to restoration design professionals, historic homeowners and the general public interested in historic preservation.
