TACO BELL

Baltimore County Police say they were called to Taco Bell by employees, who said they were being disturbed by a drunken trooper turning on his siren and trying to pull people over in the drive-thru lane.
MCNULTY!
In itself, Muchas Gracias doesn't stand out that much for me. It's a chain (albeit an Oregon-based chain) of Mexican tacquerias scattered about the Portland area. This location is its first touchdown in Central Portland (in the shell of a former KFC). I've never found their burritos to be that exciting, but some people really like the place. If I'm not totally plussed on the food, then why include this review in a guide where line space is at such a premium? Well, I'll tell you: THEY ARE OPEN 24 HOURS! So finally, if it's 3 am, and you just finished up a night of drinkin' on the town, or you just finished Zoobombing from K2, or it's 5am and you're stumbling home from a Midnight Mystery Ride, well, now you have a place to eat that is less sweet than a run to Voodoo and less distant than Javiers all the way up on N Lombard. (And they will serve pedestrians and cyclists at late hours, unlike those jerks over at Taco Bell.) Really, going during the middle of the night is the best way to experience Muchas Gracias. Otherwise, head up to a place like Don Pancho or Los Gorditos.
