HILLSBORO -- Free dental, optical and chiropractic care -- along with free lunch and children's activities -- will be available at Hillsboro United Methodist Church during an all-day clinic Saturday.
...Paolo Design Group and Pemcor Investment Corporation, the developer for Waterfront Pearl, team up to present "Condo Fever ? A Morning with Portland Designer Paolo" workshop to benefit the Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center, a private non-profit health care organization. Waterfront Pearl will match 100% of proceeds.
The event will include:
Design Presentation: Designer Paul Scardina will present 7 steps to downsizing, adding storage, and flexible furniture solutions.
Hard Hat Tour: The group will visit Paul's waterfront unit in the Mistral building.
Virginia Garcia Presentation: Representative Chris Shine will outline how to minimize barriers for minority groups to receive adequate healthcare
Model Unit Tour: The Waterfront Pearl team will escort the group through the presentation center, including the model unit
Free Continental Breakfast: The group will partake from of a tasty selection of beverages, fruits, and grains.
The event will be held on Saturday September 8, 2007 from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Waterfront Pearl showroom at 1200 NW Naito Parkway, Suite 100, Portland, OR 97209, Phone: (503) 229-7600.
