Felix is the founder of Motion Massage, co-founder of Sacred Circle Dance, trained in Craniosacral, Indirect Myofascial, and Deep Tissue Massage Techniques. This training, combined with many years of experience with yoga, contact improvisation, ecstatic dance and free-form movement, inform his practice and teaching.
Felix knows how to be present with your body?s deepest intentions in a physical and emotional way. During the session, Felix creates a container into which you are invited to relax and bring your entire self, whether you are seeking relief from pain, relaxation, or an opportunity to transform the way you relate to your body.
